I enjoyed my stay, particularly because the rooms are beautifully decorated and provide a charming atmosphere. I did notice that the bathroom could have benefited from a bit more maintenance, as some areas looked tired. It's a solid choice for a short getaway, but some upgrades would enhance the experience further.

The Crown impresses with its charming atmosphere and helpful staff, though the housekeeping left some room for improvement and the music was quite loud at times. Still, the spacious room and delicious breakfast made for an enjoyable experience overall.

Amazing family getaway!
Had a blast here with my kiddo and parents! The Sunday roast was a hit, best I've had in ages. Staff went above and beyond, super nice and helpful. The family room was nice and comfy, though parking was a bit of a hassle due to events happening. the koi pond was a sweet touch!

A Pleasant Surprise Near Thorpe Park
We enjoyed our stay, especially the hearty fish & chips in the charming pub downstairs. The staff swiftly addressed our room issue with great courtesy. Perfect for a day out at Thorpe Park with local shops nearby. Consider checking room amenities before settling in.

The outdoor beer garden offers a charming space, complemented by a tranquil fish pond that adds to the ambiance. Spacious rooms provide a unique touch, making the stay feel comfortable amidst the hustle around the hotel.
Unfortunately, maintenance seems to be lacking. I encountered low shower pressure and a showerhead that wouldn’t adjust properly, which made for a frustrating experience. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with reports of dust and stains in both the bedroom and bathrooms. Noise from the pub area during the evenings proved disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
